The Cleveland Browns reached an agreement with former Miami Dolphins linebacker and Cleveland native Jerome Baker this evening. Baker played high school football at Benedictine High School in Cleveland and was a third-round pick in the 2018 draft out of Ohio State. He is signing a 1-year deal.

Last season, Baker signed with the Seattle Seahawks, where he played in five games before being traded to the Tennessee Titans, where he appeared in five games, racking up 24 tackles, one sack, and two pass deflections. This is a great move for one of the league's best defenses, and it's always awesome to welcome a Cleveland native back home.
